Background
Khairul A. Hassim

Before the studio, fourteen years building engineering teams and the systems they run.

I co-founded Web Imp and grew it to 35 people (named Best Tech Company to Work For), scaled a product engineering org across five countries, and ran a government-critical platform serving 70 million people a year - zero deployment incidents, 99%+ uptime. Same instinct now, with an AI-agent team instead of a floor of engineers. I started out in aeronautical engineering.
